The event will be held on Monday, February 6, 2023 from 12:00 – 2:00pm in the Blue Ridge Lounge at the CF Clubhouse. In case of bad weather, the event will be moved to Monday, February 20, 2023. An email regarding this change would be sent to all registered on Sign Up Genius earlier in the day.

If you are bringing a chili to enter into the competition:

• Please be sure your entry arrives and is set up prior to 12:30pm
• Bring it in a container that can keep it warm, like a crock pot
• Bring your own serving utensil(s) and an extension cord
• Bring a written list of ingredients that can be placed with your entry for folks with food sensitivities to review (you do NOT have to include your recipe!)
• Do NOT include your name on anything displayed. Your entry will be given a number as reference once you arrive

If you are not bringing chili, please bring a side or dessert that can be shared with others.

Everyone should bring their own utensils and a muffin tin or bowl for tastings. This will help reduce our waste during the event.

The club will provide soda, water and ice. There will be a CF bartender available. You may purchase beer and wine. You can pay cash or charge it to your CF account.

12:00 – 12:30 Chili entry set up

12:30 – 1:30 Tasting and voting

1:30 – 2:00 Socializing and vote counting. Winners announced. Music provided.
