Just wanted to say hi and send an encouraging thought – given the NC governor’s phased opening plan as Jim Whitmore understands it now, he feels that reopening Pickleball COULD happen in phase 1. That MAY mean that we MIGHT have some courts open after May 8th. All this is still subject to the information shared in the governor’s next briefing, but we are crossing our fingers.

That being said, the Pickleball board will be meeting shortly to work on a PHASED REOPENING PLAN for the courts. It may look a lot like the phases we went through before the total closure, but in reverse. We again will work with whatever parameters are required of us, along with what we feel encourages the safest play for all members.
