I have to say, it has been a busy weekend of calling, texting and emailing for myself and Deb Richter as we got the new Sign Up system working. Although we understand there will be a learning curve with any new format, I thought some clarification might be helpful. As we attempt to distribute the courts and time slots to everyone fairly:

• we are encouraging folks to sign up every other day
• please refrain from signing up for the same time slot and/or court. Mix it up, using different slot lengths (60min, 90min or 2hr)
• we would appreciate it if people would not sign up their group for more than one playing slot per day
• be sure ALL members of your group are recorded prior to playing

The other factor that has been problematic is the we have had some people who have signed up to play within a group that was not agreed to ahead of time. Remember, in Phase 1, play on the court is limited to individual, groups formed within a household or groups with others who everyone is comfortable playing with each other. Therefore, you should know exactly who you are playing with before signing up. If you need help finding partners, please contact either myself or Deb Richter. We would be happy to assist you.
