From the numbers of folks we have had out on the courts, it looks like moving back to group play schedules has been very successful this first week. Just a few reminders:

• if you are coming to Advanced, Novice or All Play times, it is very important that you register on Sign Up Genius PRIOR TO COMING. This is truly our only way of being able to monitor the number of people in the pickleball amenity area at any one time in order to continue to comply with the Governor’s Phase 2 maximum outdoor capacity numbers. Your cooperation is appreciated, but also necessary.
• if you have registered either for group play or reserved a court on Sign Up Genius and something changes so you are NOT COMING TO PLAY, please DELETE your reservation. This allows others to utilize that spot who may want to play. Many people have commented they don’t know how to delete their name from the website. The most common problem that is occurring is that you have not SIGNED IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT. Once you do that, under your name on the reservation line there should appear a “pencil” and an”X”. The pencil icon allows you to edit your reservation. The “X” icon is used to delete your reservation. Please let us know if you continue to have any problems using the website so we can address them with you.

I have taken orders for 13 shirts, which means we have reached our minimum number needed to cover the screen printing costs. If the weather cooperates, I will be at the courts tomorrow, Tuesday, June 16 from 3:30 – 4:30 to take any more orders people would like to place. Remember, payment is due at the time your order is placed – $20 per shirt, cash or check. If that time does not meet your needs, you can also email me and arrange to stop by my house to drop off your order and money. I will be placing the order by the end of the week. Last time it took about 2 weeks for the shirts to arrive, so hopefully we will have things back by the beginning of July.
