The Gapens have sold their house! That means within the next month or so, Susan Gapen will be stepping down from the board when they move. So….

We are delighted to announce that Bob Bennett has graciously accepted our offer to join. He will team with Brad to head maintenance jobs since there are so many. Susan will be speaking with her social committee about running as a semi independent group with a liaison to contact. When you next see Bob, thank him for volunteering and welcome him to the board!!
