I received this email from Jim Whitmore this morning:

“Good news! We just got the latest proposal from Whalen, and we were able to reduce the price to an amount that is acceptable to both parties so the project is moving forward.  We talked to them this morning and they are going to give us their estimated start date so we can coordinate the demolition before their arrival in April.”
