It was previously reported that “members of the same group are only allowed to reserve two courts per time session.”

Upon further reflection and discussion, it was agreed that this discouraged inclusivity and made it more difficult for newer members to join more established groups. Therefore the new language which will be submitted to the POA Task Force on the POAs Rules and Regulations will read as follows:

“Members of the same group may reserve up to three courts per two hour time slot. When doing so we ask that all participants in the larger groups sign up so that we can ensure that the courts are being fully utilized. If all courts are not going to be utilized, any courts not needed should be cancelled as soon as possible.”

Please note that members signing up for 3 courts are not given any preferential treatment and must sign up on a first come first served basis like all members.
