2018 Scholarship Tournament

The Connestee Falls Pickleball Club Student Scholarship Fund Tournament was a great  success!  The positive feed back insures that next years turnout will just as great. The only injury sustained was a broken fingernail, in the first round of Saturdays play.

Thank you to the over 30 volunteers that made it run so smoothly. It is almost unheard of to have a tournament run on or ahead of schedule, and we did it. Special thanks to Bear, Lora, Susan, and Richie for the countless hours you contributed to make this event run like clockwork. Lori and all the folks who contributed to the Hospitality table “hit it out of the park”! Our court monitors were exceptional as well.

John, Bill, Tom and Pat, (the Committee), I thank you for your boundless energy and enthusiasm, always there when most needed. Our court monitors were exceptional as well.

I hope you will all Support Jose Galen as he takes the helm for the 2019 9th annual tournament. I’m sure Jose will welcome any suggestions you might have as he assembles his team of volunteers.
