First and foremost, I want to say THANK YOU to all of you for a great first week! It has been a pleasure to see so many of you back on the courts.

Deb Richter and I have been closely monitoring the sign ups during this first week back. Since there are been numerous courts open/available every day, the board has decided that we would like to relax a few of the Sign Up Genius guidelines. We are all about having the courts filled and not about limiting people’s access.

Therefore, starting on the sign up for Monday, May 18th you will notice new time frames that are staggered across all three courts. This is an attempt to offer a larger variety of time frames that folks might want to use. The new time frames range from 60 mins to 3 hours, although the majority are 90 mins. When signing up be sure to carefully look at the amount of time you are choosing so it fits your needs.

We are also going to relax the guideline about signing up every other day and not using back to back slots. Since there has been so much availability, we want you to feel free to sign up for as much playing time as you choose!

We will run this new format for a week and then reevaluate how it is going. We would appreciate your feedback, especially if you are having trouble getting the playing time you would like. Please call Cheryl Manzone with any ongoing problems at 410-812-4664.
