Just a reminder that the Bob Reitman Picklefest and Tournament will be held this week. Therefore, ALL COURTS WILL BE CLOSED TO COMMUNITY PLAY AND PRIVATELY ARRANGED GAMES on those days as needed.

On Thursday, June 8th from 3:30 – 8:00pm Picklefest will be using Courts 1-6. Therefore, the prior Privately Arranged Game reservation blocks for Courts 1-4 will only be available from 2:00-3:30pm (1 1/2 hours).

Currently, the weather does not look favorable for Thursday late day. In order to be proactive, we have decided to close all courts for reservations on Friday, June 9th from 8:00am – 8:00pm in case Picklefest needs to be rescheduled for that day after completion of tournament play. We will send an eblast commuication as soon as we know what the outcome will be. If the courts are to reopen, they will do so as WALK-ON PLAY ONLY for the remainder of time on Friday, June 9th.

On Saturday, June 10th, court reservations will be open on Sign Up Genius from 4:00pm – 8:00pm. If tournament play is completed prior to those hours, walk-on play on any court will be available on a first-come first-served basis. You may want to check our court cam to see if courts are empty prior to your arrival (go to youtube.com search “cfpoa multicam”).
