CPR, AED, Choking Relief for Infant, Child, and Adult Basic Overview Course
This course will go over the steps needed to recognize a medical emergency requiring immediate life-saving skills. These skills will include chest compressions, rescue breathing, use of an automated external defibrillator (AED), and choking relief of the conscious and unconscious victim. While this is not a certification course, and you will not receive credit towards any institution, agency, school, or workplace, you will receive the skills and ability to perform these life saving actions, should you come across a victim in need. This course is recommended for the non-medical citizen, who wants to gain life-saving knowledge and skills, but is not required to hold a certification in these areas. This course will also be useful to those who have had previous CPR/AED training, and would like a refresher course to sharpen their skills. Cost is $35 per student and should run for about an hour.
