In the last two weeks, there have been a few problems with folks signing up to play as part of an arranged game. In digging into the problem a little bit, it appears that sometimes someone who has access to Sign Up Genius has shared our link with a friend so they can begin to play. PLEASE DON’T DO THIS! Have them contact me so I can be sure they should have access to the link and also explain how to use it!

Also, if someone “drops in” to your arranged game on Sign Up Genius, please let me know ahead of time. I or Sandra Lippy can contact the individual and explain the correct way to make a reservation. You can call me at 410-812-4664 or send an email if it is more than 24 hours ahead of time.
