GROUP BOOKINGS

In the summer of 2023, the Board of The Pickleball Club changed its policy and allowed groups to book up to 3 courts for a given time slot. The impetus behind this was to encourage existing groups to be more inclusive and invite new members to join their groups. 

As we approach high season, we anticipate a busy summer given the increase in members over the past year.  At least for now, we will continue to allow bookings of up to three courts provided:

* at least 12 players are committed to play 

* any unused court or courts are cancelled at least 24 hours in advance in order to allow others to book the court (applies to all court bookings)

Our ultimate goal is to provide as many playing opportunities as possible for all members, and to be fair  and equitable  to all. 

WEATHER POLICY

In the interest of safety,  if the horns on the golf course go off signaling lightning nearby,  play during any and all Pickleball Club sanctioned events ( tournaments, round robins, clinics, all play) will be immediately suspended. Should players in privately arranged games decide to continue play, they do so at their own risk.
