They are putting down asphalt as I write this! Today they will pour, slope and roll the base layer. Tomorrow they will do the court layer. Then it has to sit, untouched, and cure for 3-4 weeks. That is one of the weather dependent stretches, so we will just have to see how things progress.

PLEASE DO NOT WALK ON THE ASPHALT UNTIL AT LEAST THURSDAY MORNING!!! That means, no access to items in the shed for the next couple of days. There are plenty of pickleballs in the baskets. If you think you might need to clean the court, you can use the push brooms, or bring your own leaf blower. Everything should be fine for this brief stretch.

In the meanwhile, we will be making a few changes to the playing schedule and a slight modification to the 4 times per week rule. Specifics on those will come by tomorrow.
