Thanks to all that have already registered for our June PickleFest Tournament. If you haven’t already done so, please follow the steps listed below. You can register on your computer or a smart device, such as a smartphone or tablet. Please note the process to invite your partner to register as a team.
- You will first need to set up an account on the tournament app, Pickleball Den, to begin your registration process. Go to: https://app.pickleballden.com/signup to “Create an Account.”
- Next, using your log-in info, register yourself for the tournament at https://app.pickleballden.com/external-tournament/5002108. If you are entering more than one event, or prepaying for a tournament shirt, be sure to press “Add to cart” for each item. You will need to use a Debit or Credit card to register. POA Member charges may not be used for Tournament registration.
- After your payment is made, you’ll see an on-screen confirmation of your purchase. Scroll to the bottom of the page and press “Invite Partner.”
- Complete and send the “Send Partner Invite Request” form. When your partner receives it, they should complete their registration using the invite you have sent. This will link both of you to the same bracket. Repeat this process if you are entering multiple brackets.
You do not need to know who your partner will be to register for the tournament. Go ahead and register yourself. Then, when you know who your partner will be, go to your Pickleball Den account player menu and click “Invite Partner.” When you partner registers from using the invite, you will be automatically teamed up for the tournament.
After your initial registration, if you wish to enter another bracket, or order a T-shirt, just open your account, press the “Register Now” button and complete your entry.
