Hello ladies!

If you play ladies round robin on Mondays, this message is for you!

We have added a waitlist feature on Signup Genius so you have an opportunity to show your interest and get yourself on the docket should someone drop out. 

Unfortunately, this is not an automated feature so that means once someone drops out (and takes her name off the play list), there’s an open space that won’t automatically be filled by the next person in line. 

Here’s my suggestion to make this as fair and as simple as possible:

If you’re on the PLAY list and need to drop out, it is your responsibility to contact the first person on the WAITLIST PRIOR to you deleting your reservation. That way she can sign up in your spot as quickly as you vacate it. 

You should be able to find most women’s contact information in the community directory. However, if you need assistance, you can contact me at 704-578-2093. 

And lastly, if you participate in this group, please be sure that I have your contact information on file. You can send me a text including your name and phone number to use.
