As a new practice of your board, the minutes of all board meetings will be sent out in electronic form and posted on the courtside bulletin board following each meeting. Anyone who has questions or feedback concerning agenda items may contact any board member.

Board meetings are usually held during the first week of the month. Due to the Chili Cook Off taking place on Tuesday, February 4th and three of the five board members being out of town in February, the next board meeting will take place at the beginning of March.
