Beginning on Monday, May 11th at 10am, three courts will be open for play by reservation only. No walk on play will be permitted. Therefore, we will be using the online format called Sign Up Genius to make these reservations. The following guidelines will be used in order to provide the most equitable distribution of the courts:

• Reservations can be made no earlier than 48 hours ahead of time. Only one reservation per person will be allowed in each 48 hour window.
• ALL MEMBERS of your group MUST sign up to play with their first and last name. Your group leader will not be able to do this for you.
• Reservations can be made in groups of 6 or less.
• Time slots vary from 60mins, to 90mins, to 2 hours and are distributed throughout the day. If you are playing singles, drilling or using the ball machine – please select a 60 min slot. Doubles can be played for 60, 90 or 120 mins depending on what is available.
• There are 18 available slots each day to use. Please refrain from signing up every day for the same time slot and/or court.  Be kind. If someone’s name is already recorded in a spot, that spot is no longer available. We will be monitoring this particular aspect in order to alleviate problems with equitable use.
• We have provided 15 mins in between each time slot on each court. Please be punctual and end playing at your designated time. The extra 15 mins is there in order for you to sanitize your playing area and pickleballs (a requirement for all), gather your belongings and VACATE the courts. Remember, we can only have a maximum of 18 people in the entire pickleball area at any one time.
• When you arrive to play, please remain in your car until your designated start time. Only enter your assigned court area when it is completely empty.
