After considering the feedback received from 7 individuals and the data regarding court use over the last two weeks, the Board is making the following changes. These will begin on Sunday, May 8th:

All Play will be reduced to 6 days per week, once per day on the following schedule – Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:00am – 10:00am; Tuesday and Thursday 4:00pm – 6:00pm; and Saturday 10:00am – 12:00pm. All the previous All Play slots will be converted to Arranged Game reservation opportunities.

We are modifying the “4 times per week” rule – once you have reached your “4 times per week” limit, you can make a reservation 24 hours ahead for any open spots on the calendar as much as you like for the rest of that week.

The days and times chosen for All Play to continue were based on the most used spots. Although we did have some people ask to eliminate the “4 time per week” limit, we are hesitant to do so as many part-time residents will begin to arrive back in CF over the next several weeks. Our number of participants will gradually increase, so we thought limiting how often you could play with reservations made at least three days ahead of time was still a good idea. However, since there are often open spots to play, those wishing to do so more often still can now, by making a reservation just 24 hours ahead of time.
