Attached you will find a link to a 6 question survey regarding your comfort level in participating in various types of group play on our courts at this time. Click on the link to answer the questions. Please respond only one time. Your responses will be evaluated during our next board meeting.

Please take the survey if you are currently:

• playing pickleball in CF;
• out of state, but returning within the next month;
• here in CF, but choosing not to play pickleball yet.

Responses should be submitted no later than, Wednesday, June 3rd in order for your opinions to be included in our decisions.
