Yesterday, we met as a board to discuss and develop a phased reopening plan. This plan will now be sent to Jim Whitmore today for his input and approval. Once this is received, the plan will be shared via eblast with club members. Again, as a reminder, we are currently working on the ASSUMPTION that some reopening of the courts might happen soon. However, it could be that this is not permitted until Phase 2 of the governor’s plan. Fingers crossed for Phase 1….

On another note, this morning I received the following information from USAPA. It is their guidelines and suggestions for reopening courts and play. I am happy to say that all of the content has been discussed and/or included in our plan that we are sending to Jim even before we read this document! Here is a link for your reference:
