Thanks to everyone who sent feedback on the proposed Court Use Plan to use during the court replacement project. We have reviewed all the suggestions and incorporated many of them into this final product. Additions and changes are highlighted in RED.

Thanks also to Craig Wilson for his suggestion to install steps down from the cinderblock wall near the front parking lot shed prior to the replacement project beginning. This will allow safe access to the gate entrance at the back of Court 2 and seating areas on both courts.

Please review the attached plan. Although this is how we will begin, be assured that this is a FLEXIBLE plan. Once we start to use it, we will continue to listen to member feedback and adjust its contents in the best interest of the majority of the club.

Lastly, please plan to attend our club meeting to install Betsey Merriken, review the court replacement project details and discuss this court use plan. The meeting will be held in-person at the Lake Atagahi pavilion on Saturday, March 5th from 1:30 – 3:30pm. We will also offer a link on Zoom. That link will be posted the day prior using this eblast system.
