Attached you will find our approved reopening plan and an updated copy of our Best Health Practices guidelines. All sanitizing practices using bleach water solution will still be used as well.
Although the governor’s reopening date is May 8th, right now we still need to be cautious to manage expectations about when our courts will truly become available for play.
As you can see in reading the plan, in Phase 1, all court access will be through reservation only via Sign Up Genius. Deb Richter has graciously volunteered to run this aspect. She is developing the site as this is going out. Once we know a firm date for the court reopening, she will send out the invitation to everyone on this eblast system so you can have access to sign up for play.
As always, your patience and understanding are appreciated as we move through these new procedures. Please know that things will remain fluid and adjustments will most likely need to be made. Comments and questions can always be sent to myself or any other member of the board.
So here’s the plan, understanding that we are really only in a position at this point to work with aspects from Phase 1. Phase 2 and 3 will remain subject to change.
